Racing Experience:  Sheldon's hands on drag racing experience began when the Dairy Farmers of Oregon joined Parker Racing in 1991.

Most CEOs do not take a hands on approach in their leadership.  When it comes to drag racing, Sheldon shows himself quite adept at turning the wrenches.  However he has never milked a cow.

Anyone who has witnessed drag racing knows that things do not always go as planned, and we have had our share of parts breakage.  Sheldon is always right there to point out to the driver, "It was running when we (the crew) last touched it."
