| To Whom It May Concern: |
|
| This will recommend Larry Lulay. |
|
| I have known Larry since he came to work for the Oregon
Department of Justice 10 years ago. For seven of
those years he has been assigned to the Support Enforcement
Division, and for the last 3 years, he has been assigned special
projects involving the development programs for our PC LAN.
|
|
| While I am not qualified to judge his technical skills,
I can assure any prospective employer that Larry is highly
intelligent, internally motivated and works very well without
supervision. He is well liked and works very well
with others. Larry is very focused on the task at
hand and displays a high level of determination in whatever
he is involved in. Larry is committed to
self-improvement. I have observed him grow professionally
over the years, due in large part to his dogged determination
to improve his skills. I believe these qualities
reflect very well on Larry and would make him a valuable
asset to any employer.
|
|
| I would be pleased to discuss this further with any
prospective employer who would contact me directly.
|
|
| Sincerely, |
 |
John A. Ellis
