| To Whom It May Concern: |
|
| Re: Recommendation for Larry Lulay. |
|
| Larry Lulay has worked for the Oregon Department of Justice since
1986 and has been assigned to the Department of Justice, Support
Enforcement Division for the last six years. During that time Larry
has been promoted several times. Larry's success in the Department of
Justice can be attributed to his intense desire to learn and to excel
in everything he does. |
|
| Larry is gifted in his ability to understand and manipulate
computer programs. He is self-taught and quick to get to the essence
of how a system or a program is put together. He has developed
several programs that have become an integral part of the child
support program. These include several database and spreadsheet
programs that are in use throughout the state. He has provided
individual and group training to support staff, user analysts, and
management. Training topics include the following software: DOS,
Windows, Excel, Word Perfect, as well as other self-developed
programs. |
|
| Larry has the respect of his peers and colleagues not only for
his technical talent, but also for his ability to communicate with
people from a wide variety of backgrounds. |
|
| In summary, I would recommend Larry for any employment or
educational opportunities that he might seek. |
|
| Sincerely, |
 |
