I started working with Larry in January 1998 - when I was a contractor
on the Database Initiative Project. In
2002 I became the Department's Director of Technology.
Larry was working in an ISS8 classification as the Team Leader
of our application development group.
He currently coordinates five ISS7's, two ISS3's, and an ISS1 position.
In addition, he has oversight of all of our browser based environments
(Internet/Extranet/Intranet).
Larry has demonstrated a great capacity to work well with others in
a variety of groups he interfaces with. He has provided
excellent direction through several major system migrations over the
years.
I have no hesitation in recommending him for key positions in any technology genre.
